Responsibility is deeply founded in our values! Therefore, STG values safety during the holiday higher than anything else. It is not just in our genes, it is also a vital part of our partnership concept. Therefore, we also demand from our selected business partners, such as the airline, the bus company, ski schools, skiing equipment providers, hotels etc. to live up to the safety requirements stipulated by law in accordance with the industrial requirements and rules.

STG places great emphasis on the preventative work in the travel agencies to ensure the guests' sense of security and safety. Among other things, the travel agencies have "night guides" in Bad Gastein, an alcohol policy and a service/emergency phone number that the guests can use 24 hours a day. They also advise guests against off-piste skiing, unless they have an experienced mountain guide with them who is familiar with the local area. The above conditions are all an expression of the preventative work that is part of our focus on safety.
If something unforeseen happens, the STG and the travel agencies have a professional and well thought out contingency plan that immediately comes into force and which immediately involves all relevant employees.
